Refund and Return Policy
At TOPVEIL LTD., we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, so we’ve created this easy-to-follow return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Certain products such as personal care items, customized products, intimate wear, and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, it can be returned for a full refund or replacement.
Request a Return
Start your return process by visiting our returns portal. Once you submit your return request, we will provide you with further instructions.
Return Authorization
After receiving your return request, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Please note that a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if you choose a refund to the original payment method.
Pack the Product
Carefully repackage the item(s) in the original packaging. Ensure that the item is secure to avoid damage during transit.
Return Shipping
Attach the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized shipping carrier location. Please keep your receipt for tracking purposes.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to confirm they meet our return requirements. After the inspection, refunds will be processed as follows:
Refund to Original Payment Method
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the $10 return shipping fee will be deducted.
Refund to Store Credit
If you choose to receive store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method, no shipping fee will be deducted. The store credit will be available for you to use on future purchases.
The following products are not eligible for return:
Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized or Personalized Products: Custom-designed or personalized items are not returnable unless defective.
Opened Hygiene Products: Personal care and hygiene items, once opened, cannot be returned.
Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund for defective products at no additional cost. No return shipping fees will apply in these cases.
Refund to Original Payment Method: A return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted.
Store Credit: Returns processed for store credit will incur no shipping fee deduction.
Please note that all return shipments are to be made within the United States, and shipping costs for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Returns are processed only for orders within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
We are unable to refund any VAT, import taxes, or customs duties for international orders.
All returns must comply with the conditions outlined in this policy to be processed.
